Relax and recharge a stone's throw from the beach

Gather up your shrimp nets and spades and get down to Regency Hall, sitting in Regency splendour in seaside Sussex. Here, opulence and elegance are spattered like seasalt in the ocean air. Relax and recharge in true Regency splendour.

Opulence and elegance in the ocean air

Feel the freedom in the ocean breeze and the bucket-and-spade sands of Bognor. Relax and recharge in the palatial surroundings of Regency Hall, with its giant reception rooms and regal bedrooms.

Regency splendour is a phrase invented for Regency Hall, with opulence and elegance sewn into every seam of the period furniture. Swagged curtains pool on the floor; chandeliers drip with crystalline lights; chair legs are turned; gilt glitters everywhere.

From the first-floor balcony, toast the sea view beyond Steyne Square over bubbly, or breakfast there on fresh coffee and muffins. In the evening, let our chefs loose in the limestone kitchen. Or just potter down to the pub.

Open fireplaces abound. This is the place to remember the rules to charades or break out a book. After a hard day doing everything or nothing, relax in the rolltop or wet room, then leave your window slightly ajar to sleep deeply in the seaside air.

Gardens and Grounds

Sit back and relax on your own private balcony. Soak up the stunning views and pour a glass of wine, just sit back and enjoy your incredible surroundings.

There is also a private courtyard garden at the back of Regency Hall. It is the perfect place for dogs to relax while the the grown ups make use of the garden furniture in the coastal sunshine.

"This was a beautiful house, very grand but very comfortable. We would certainly recommend it to anyone and would visit it again." - Simon
"Great beach at West Wittering, approx. 12 miles away. Very well managed and maintained. Brighton well worth a visit, lots to do and see. Shopping good. Not much to see or do in Bognor Regis but a handily placed base for many other locations and attractions in the West Sussex area." - Rebecca

A house with sand between its toes

Exit the front door, turn right and the sand is right there – between your toes. Take your shrimp nets and make some family memories. Walk or ride the South Downs; amuse yourself on the penny falls; enjoy the glories of Goodwood; ride the Bluebell Railway.
